Ortega Landing Clubhouse

The Challenge:

Create a 3,300-square-foot,two-story clubhouse for The Marina at Ortega Landing, a secluded luxury marina and river home condominium development. Craft wrap-around covered Ipe wood decks fitted with stainless steel cable balustrade and custom Ipe wood handrail caps. Install a standing seam metal roof over structural timber framed pine beams. Complete the project with a pool, spa, concrete paver decks and stone walls with pre-cast concrete caps.

Project Details:

The Marina at Ortega Landing is part of a larger luxury home condominium development and houses 192 state of the art boat slips. The clubhouse we created reflects the development’s environment of luxury and community. 3,300 square feet of upscale shared space, along with a pool and spa, gives members and boat owners a place to meet, dine and enjoy the boating lifestyle.
